「Our room had a pull out sofa. Two of the children were going to sleep there but there were no extra blankets or pillows for this “bed”. We when to the front desk to obtain a blanket and pillow and was told they don’t give those things out after 8pm. We called to the front desk and they said they couldn’t provide that as they didn’t have enough extra lines but there were some in the dryer that would be done around 3am. 「Bathroom door was hard to open and was coming apart due to the moisture in bathroom when i came in i noticed a rain stain that looked like blood smeared from a scrape other than that they should put chemicals when pool closes so that costumers that payed could still use it during day time」

「The room was like a crime sceane . The only thing pleasant was the linens were clean,the desk clerk was nice and the pool was awesome.」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Very nice rooms just need some little more TLC on maintaining them. We have problems with the TV. The headboard came down. The door doesn’t shut right and beeps all night cause it’s electronic other than that it’s a very spacious room.」

「Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd. The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....
