Booked after a days activity at Lea valley - close and easy to get to from hotel in car. 「staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. 」

「The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.」
