"Best part of stay was location. I was disappointed that no cooking essentials were available without having to check out at office with a deposit. Cleanliness was okay however decor is outdated and a damp odor in my room."

"The staff were ALL amazing!! Very helpful and kind dealing with our father in law. The room was fantastic as was the view of the airshow we were going to - which is why we stayed there. It was so nice to enjoy the evening sipping a glass of wine by the firepit. We will DEFINITELY stay there again."

We were so pleased with everything about our stay. It was close to the hwy, it was close to resturants & shopping. Our room was clean & my husband thought the bed was the best he had ever slept in. I loved the shower setup. The breakfast was very good. The location was about 10 minutes from Kemah, which was our destination. The front desk associates were the best. I have to give a big WELL DONE to Alison & Joyce for pointing me in the right direction of the Star Bucks & the Cheesecake Factory!...

I like it was near the highway and there was plenty of food around us. The property was nice lobby was really small n the room wasn’t bad other then some drawers wouldn’t stay closed and I had to wedge something in between 2 of em so it wouldnt open fully. The tv placement was kinda weird off to one side of both beds. Other then that it was a great room.

The property was very nice. I was a little disturbed to hear the manager come out to the pool to tell the veteran that no dogs allowed in the pool. I looked at the rules posted at the pool and it was not notated there. I also thought the manager would have come to the person and have a reasonable conversation, but he did not. He just yelled it and walked away. The dog was actually a service dog for a military vet who served our country. The great thing is that the vet was compliant and...

I showed the desk my reservation thru EXPEDIA on Nov 22, and they took my credit card and charged $50 to it which they only cancelled the charge today, Dec 10. They would not give me a receipt when
checking out and did not credit my HHonors account.
This past summer this same hotel desk double billed me and charged my credit card for the full amount
when it had already been paid thru EXPEDIA. It took a while for them to straighten it out. This is a fine
hotel but be very careful when...

We wanted to stay close to the airport (Hobby) so we went with this place. The only hard park was crossing the oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area. The room was nice and clean.

Fairfield Inn has become our go to stay when we are in the Webster area for my wife's appointments at UTMB. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
There were a couple of minor issues with our room that we addressed with the front desk, and we have no doubt they will be resolved.
We'll be looking at Fairfield Inn first when we are heading back.

Needed last minute place to stay when visiting family in area. Chose based on reviews and was not disappointed. Did not check-in until midnight....no problem! Accommodations would be great for an extended stay even though that is not what we needed. Spacious living area, comfortable bed, very nice sized kitchen area, and clean modern bath/shower area. Would stay again and recommend.

I used to live in La Porte, worked in La Porte for 42 years, and retired from La Porte PD in 2016. Now I've moved to deep NE Texas, but have to travel back to La Porte for family functions and football games.
This property is the best in town.
Always clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
We will always stay at this property when we are in town.
