「Room was okay, fairly decent given price. Noticed roaches in my things on my last night there. Was happy otherwise.」

「We stayed here in a suite before leaving for a cruise. The property was fairly clean, our room was spacious, but we asked for a rollaway bed which was delivered before arrival. 「The hotel is very quiet and easy to find. It's a bit far from the bustling streets, but the breakfast provided is excellent, and there's a convenient gym available. However, after I left my room early in the morning, the staff might have thought I had checked out. They cleaned the room and accidentally threw away my water bottle and hat. When I returned, I couldn't find them, which was a little upsetting.」

「Alex at the front desk was very kind when I checked in. My room was upgraded to a suite, much to my surprise. Nice room, clean with a very comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast on the morning as well. I'll be staying here again.」

「I received an old refrigerator and an even older microwave; both items should have been thrown away. The tub wasn’t clean and the toilet was very low to the floor. The balcony had chip paint that came off on your hands and arms. This hotel needs some upgrades, but it does have potential to be a wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful.」

「Hotel was infested with gnats mice trap and as told is was due to a roach infestation move room and gnats was told I had to pat 100.00 deposit and it was just a hold it’s almost a week still waiting was told this was not a purchase but the money was taken from my account seems like it’s a old hotel pool water was filthy just don’t understand why management will hold your money when the hotel is not maintained properly you take money off people card just in case of incidentals but you can pay for...
