「Internet did not function in my room throughout my full, two day stay. I reported the problem and was told it had been fixed but clearly it wasn't. My laptop did function normally in the lobby but once I bought it back to my room, it repeatedly lost connection.
Otherwise, everything was fine. That is: staff tried to help, hotel was clean, breakfast was as expected, hotel was easy to find etc..」

「We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.」
