"Short, sweet and simple"

"Not particular comfy in water park inside yet outside was better as it had lounge chairs to stretch out on. "

"Bedspread had a big yellow stain on it and the breakfast buffet closes way too early. Coffee should be available all day and it was not. And there was no orange juice. "

"Room was clean, nice location within walking distance of several restaurants. Hot Tub was out of order. "

"To cold to enjoy pool and staff is 50/50. I stay there once a month and it’s a flip of the coin for good staff. "

"The property was very welcoming to our pet, staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was the problem, particulary the bathroom. "

"The property was okay. Had a decent parking space and very close to Johnson Space center. The property itself is little old, but the rooms were okay and felt it is not worth the price. I had a check-in time of 3 pm and I reached after 4 pm and even then they made us to wait for 45 minutes which felt strange. I can understand if it was 15-30 mins but this was not a good experience at all. For complimentary breakfast they did not have bread, milk or eggs either and it was just coffee and some snack."

"This hotel is BARELY a 3 star, probably due to the Marriott Branding. It’s certainly not worth $225+ per night. The front desk staff are not professional, young men seemed bothered to check us in and answer questions. Once we checked into our room it reeked of sewer. It was the shower and vanity sink. It smelled awful for our entire 2 night stay. I complained to the same guy with curly hair about the awful smell, nothing could be done and there was no follow up the next day. (Terrible service) The towels are worn out and there are no towels for the pool outside. Hand soap in the room crumbles as soon as you open it, leaving no soap to wash your hands. The mattresses are like box springs with a thin mat for comfort. The ice machine was broken on our floor. This hotel was NOT worth the price. Had I been able to get a refund I would have stayed somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Great stay, although a 30mins to an hr depending on traffic from downtown and IAH it’s worth getting a rental car for and close to space center. "
