The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「Theres a lot of things that need to be fixed or are not being maintained around the property. Specifically in the room we checked into, there were small holes in the wall, trash recepticle smelled like puke, shower had mold, there was no hot water, the toilet was clogged, there was a missing electrical outlet. The only saving grace to this property was the friendly staff who gave great customer service. I would think twice about ataying here again.」

「Only one elevator was operational and the queue was long at times. The hotel felt dated and old. Stains were prevalent. The location vs the price is not worth it due to the condition of the property. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. 」
