「Our room smelled of cigarettes. It was on the 9th floor (nonsmoking) floor. Understood from another customer on the elevator that the 10th floor was for smokers. Seems to me something is filtering down to the floor below it.」

「The hotel was clean, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. We booked this hotel while attending a concert at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, which was about a 25-minute drive away. There didn’t seem to be much immediately surrounding the hotel—we saw a Dollar General, gas station, and Dunkin’ a few miles away, although we didn’t spend much time exploring the area beyond driving into Syracuse for the concert.
