"Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Hotel room was clean but in need of some updating. TV did not work in one room. Random crazy person banging on the door next to my parents room at 3am which was too bad because my mom didn’t sleep well after that. Breakfast was excellent and so was the service. The staff definitely went above and beyond. "

"Superb staff. Basic room was nice, with a separate sitting area incl microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, silverware. Spacious and relaxing pool area. Vibrant but discrete med spa. Charming, well-staffed bar and restaurant with great hours, espresso drinks. Though located on a busy street the property is adjacent to a nice residential neighborhood so, once inside, it's quiet and peaceful. Overall, it felt relaxing, elegant, and safe, in a non-pretentious way. I actually cannot wait to go back. If you choose to dine off-site, be prepared to drive (or use doordash). The only downside of this stay (for me) was the 24 hour lighting outside our unit's bedroom that showed through the blackout curtains. A better drape/curtain/shade system to block out light in affected bedrooms would be great. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was extensive in the there was plenty of variety although the food was good but ordinary. Location was very convenient and the parking garage was excellent - easy to get in and out of and good access to the key streets. However, the location was noisy due to traffic on Santa Monica Blvd."
