「Check-in and out process was simple and straight forward with the most minimal contact. Employees were kind and welcoming at the location. Cabin was kept warm with heater for the winter nights.」
"Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk."
