"This hotel was absolutely AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and eager to tell you anything that you wanted to know about the area. The hotel was so nice, felt brand new and the rooms were very spacious. The outside patio with fireplaces was WONDERFUL against the mountains. We watched the sunrise and stayed warm by the fire. I would highly recommend staying here! It's so close to the Verse Canyon Railroad and Old Town Cottonwood."

"Perfectly located in downtown Cottonwood..walked to Tavern Grill and la crema restaurant. Staff at hotel and restaurants were the best! Recommend highly both hotel and restaurants "

"I was unable to plug my phone in on the nightstand unless the desk light was turned on, since the outlet appeared to be connected to the lamp. The nightstand on the other side of the bed did not have an accessible outlet because the bed was pushed against it, so nothing could be plugged in there. We also asked housekeeping for towels and coffee. We needed the extra towels because water from the shower leaked under the shower door and onto the floor. It might help if the shower head were angled more toward the wall or downward. It was positioned quite high, and since I’m short, the water was hitting me in the face. Housekeeping dropped off towels but did not pick up the wet ones we had left on the floor. They also brought coffee, but there were no cups or sugar provided. On a positive note, everything else was great. The room was spacious and laid out nicely and clean."

"Everything was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There were so many little extras that made it so much better. Complimentary ice in our freezer, water bottles, plastic ware, dish soap for the kitchen sink, plus all of the normal things you would expect in a hotel. There was even a noise maker on the night stand. In the lobby there are lawn chairs if you want to go sit out in the beautiful park across the street. We had a great view of Jerome up on the hillside. We loved our stay!"

"Newer built. BEDS: uncomfortable with horrible pillows and scratchy sheets. SHOWER: not too bad water pressure, I'd rate it a C+. BREAKFAST: not very good, we were offered old omelets, smoked sausage that tasted like pure fat, lukewarm not cooked all the way potatoes with a seasoning that was so bad!! Coffee was ok and so was the oatmeal."
