「We were given 309, but when we entered, immediately smelled musty, like backed up pipes. Went back and 1st they offered to put an ozone fan in room for 30 mins. That was unacceptable. Ultimately, we swapped out for 307 which smelled pleasant - thank goodness. Lamp above couch needed bulb replaced but that was ok. Staff was nice as always. Breakfast was great everyday we stayed. Wish they had water available all day (like coffee machine) We’ve stayed 4x and will continue to book there.」

「They yelled at me for booking on Expedia. My reservation said accessible but they didn’t have an accessible room. I need one. The front desk guy said, you never book on Expedia. I said they are sending customers like me. I stayed my visit. I didn’t shower. The bathroom was tough. The bed was hard. I didn’t like the place」

「The hotel was unique. It was a historical hotel it was decorated with very nice antiques. The bed and pillows were great. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They had entertainment along with happy hour food and drinks. It was close to everything within walking distance. I would stay there again.」
