「I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. I continue to explain the situation. Then I’m referred to another woman (owner), according to the original person assisting me. I briefly explain that the room...

「The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.」
