"The only nice thing about this hotel was the newly renovated lobby. The television in my room did not work, and there was no airport shuttle service as advertised. The cleanliness in the hallways was unacceptable, and housekeeping never came to my room or offered assistance during my entire stay. Each time I contacted the front desk, no accommodations were made—only a brief apology. I would not recommend this hotel until the transition in ownership and management is fully complete."
