"The cleaning staff was awesome by cleaning our room and changing towels on a regular basis. The front check in desk were also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast restaurant which saved us time and money. The other feature we liked was the on site laundry facilities but I caution that it can take up to 3 hours to wash and extra dry the clothes. The good thing about it is that you can monitor the laundry in your room by the tv set in your room that will display all washing machines so you will know which machines are available or when your laundry is completed. The hotel is located at a great spot for restaurants and transit stations all within walking distance. The only negative thing I can write about the hotel is that room I had rented was small with no closet or dressers to store your clothes which was a huge inconvenience to have to use my luggage as a dresser because of this I rated the hotel as a 4 star hotel."

"We loved the Lively! The neighborhood was close to great restaurants and bars, but quiet too. Easy to get to major attractions via subway and the Miro and teamLab borderless were a short walk away. The room was small, but so well designed, it didn’t feel small. Bathroom and vanity area designed to allow for privacy in a small space. The staff was super friendly and the hotel offers free happy hour every night at 5. The bar upstairs makes beautiful and delicious cocktails. We loved the Lively!"

"Absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Location is definitely the highlight as it’s right beside the train station. Minato is also very close to all major areas. Would highly recommend!"

Hotel Mystays Premier Akasaka

"I stayed here for 9 days. Staff does not speak english if you call from your room for any requests/ help, but you can go to the lobby and they have someone who speaks enough English to help you. There is a 7/11 in the basement as well, which is convenient. Restroom was a good size and shower pressure was so nice and strong! Products in the restroom were helpful, razors, toothbrushes and paste were provided. Shower soap and hair soap as well. Microwave available on some floors. Only downside for me was that the A/C does not stay on when you leave the room, even if it was for a short time. Upon return the room is very humid or stuffy. Pajamas are provided as well as slippers they want you to wear when walking in the room. Room is a decent size for one or two people. Luggage can go under the bed or on by the window. Definitely too small for more than 2 people unless it’s a child. I did not try the breakfast or the onsen as i have tattoos larger than what they accept. There is a smoking room if needed. Beds sheets are changed “every three days”, mine was changed once out of 9 days-thats ok. Laundry service is available IF you fill out the needed form. Very short walk to restaurants and the station. Starbucks is nearby for some coffee as well! Many other coffee shops nearby too. Overall would not mind staying here again. All races accepted as well. I chatted with Russians, Australians, American, and a Nigerian. Its okay if you dont speak English, everyone is used to tourist!"
