Excellent stay at the Capitol Hotel. Perfect central location for our family to explore Tokyo. The staff was friendly, attentive and made our 2 year old son smile. Bonus that we were able to see Mount Fuji from our room.

had a pleasant stay overall. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are truly excellent. Everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful, which made a big difference. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use an update. It was clean and comfortable, but not modern. Breakfast was good and reliable, but very basic, nothing special. No complaints, just not a wow experience. Overall a solid hotel mainly because of the service and location.

The Premier King room was spacious, with panoramic views, elegant minimalism, plush bedding, a deep soaking tub, and top-notch amenities and high-speed Wi-Fi. Service embodied omotenashi: attentive staff provided personalized recommendations and flawless assistance. The room was excellent and room features were great. LOVED the centrality of this hotel and access to multiple rail lines. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was very good, options were wide but the western options for sides were rather limited. Not a deal breaker and still plenty of food and selection choices. Staff was fantastic.
