「The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and so much shopping within a short distance.」

「The hotel is fantastic. Staff were great, my room was awesome, many things are only steps away, however, that’s one downside. There were a couple nightclubs very very close by that insisted on playing LOUD music until 4am on occasions. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, I would just be cautious which room you have and which direction it faces, and make sure to bring ear plugs. 」

「Let’s starts with Sebastian, best bartender around. Carried a conversation with us for two days straight about Playa. Served up awesome cocktails and by far the best asset to this resort. Find him to be your bartender. Rooms were very nice beds comfy. If you have the standard room, you want to be in room 410-422 for a surprise! Wish Off the Hook was open to try but next time! Food was fantastic for what we had time for.. Mexican restaurant was decent but make sure you get to the Italian...

「We just spent a week over Fourth of July and had a wonderful time! The staff was beyond amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the property was very well put together. Super fun entertainment for both adults and kids. The food is what she would expect from an all-inclusive very simple and good. We had our five-year-old and eight-year-old boys with us and they were very sad to leave at the end of the week and asked if we could just live there lol mind you we live in Southern California...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
