「I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. 」

「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.」

「The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! 」

「We've stayed here annually for the last four or five years. The first year we thought about not returning, but each year since there have been significant improvements. This year, with a fresh coat of paint and several renovated rooms, it was our best experience yet!」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」

「Excellent.4 night stay. Located near different restaurants and gast stations Although they were still renovating , our room was an absolutely beauty. Julian and Brittney were so helpfull. Enjoyed the pool too. I was informed that in 8 months it will be all done with renovation. I know it will be even more beautifull. 」

「The breakfast manager and staff was not accommodating to disable guests. She was telling the staff to close down on me in a wheelchair that they were closed even though I was attempting at 9:45am to grab my own items. They just spoke in Spanish and guess what? I speak it too because I am Latina. I understood every word. Be careful who you speak ill of, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. 」
