「Clean room and excellent Staff」

「The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.」

「After booking and then getting a closer look at the property, I had concerns! Of course my fears were unjustified.. this property sits on the corner of 26th street and Busch Blvd. Easy access to property. Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows.. it seems management is in the process of remodeling. USB ports available, mini fridge and microwave are included. I was apprehensive but slept well and appreciated that the staff allowed us to have a ground floor room. Not fancy, just practical!」

The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. 「I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, definitely one of the worst hotel I've stayed. Thankfully we only stayed for one night while picking up my son from the airport. Room was big but it was not cleaned properly, dust in the corners and stains on carpets. Bathroom was barely functional, no hot water in shower, broken toilet seat, rusty spots on faucet, Kleenex box holder and toilet paper holder. Needed and extra towel for my son, desk attendant was rude and didn't want to give us the...
