「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The...

「Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast」

「Shower was awesome, lots of water pressure. Very convenient to a Logan’s steak house and Walmart.」

「All I can say positively about this property is the staff was excellent. The first room we were given smelled badly like a wet dog. The second room while it had a better smell, several outlets were not working. The elevator call button fell out of the wall. While the staff did take care of all the issues a fast as possible, it was obvious that they were tired of the seemingly endless issues. I have no intentions of ever staying at this location ever again.」

「Breakfast needed to be spruced up a bit. Otherwise, friendly staff!」

「Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!」

He scared us and shocked us it was embarrassing and shouldn't have even happened being check out is not till 11 am . We called service desk to make sure everything was OK and alerted them of situation . And was told that they was just part of the house cleaning staff and...

Two specific things worth knowing: 1. In our suite, the bedrooms had no windows. This was actually a plus in terms of noise isolation, but it might be uncomfortable for someone with claustrophobia. 2. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, complete silence may be difficult to achieve. We turned off the HVAC, but...

「Great hotel! We were torn between this and another boutique hotel and chose The Chattanoogan. We were able to walk to most where we wanted to go and enjoyed the onsite bar and rooftop bar.」
