"We booked the "Two doubles suite kitchen," which fit our family of five very well - a huge kitchen and living space (with fold-out couch) that was entirely separate from the bedroom. Families definitely stay at this hotel - the pool was crowded each night and was not too big (it also had no real shallow end where my 5-yr-old could stand). But overall the stay was good, the room large, and the breakfast a good mix of hot (waffles, eggs, sausage) along with toast, bagels, cereals, and fruit."

"The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights. "

"Toliet was clogged all night we called 3x and never got a plunger. We went down to the desk and couldnt get 1 either. I was biten by several bed bugs. Worst extended stay ive ever been at. Do NOT recommend."
