"This place didn’t have our room and there was 5 of us and they gave our room to someone else wouldn’t refund any money for them making the mistake and my 9 year old had to sleep with makeshift cot I made her for the 3 days we was there ! All we had was 2 queen beds and a chair for 5 people 😩😬😡"

"One of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a while. Staff was wonderful. A small hotel with big amenities! Great hot tub and pool area. Basic breakfast was just fine. Evening reception with snacks and drinks. Rooms had clearly been renovated. So many places to charge devices! Would absolutely stay again. "

"Tv didn't work properly, the rooms were half clean, my sister found a dead roach on her floor and it looked like mouce dropping behind the bed. The gym had only 1 or 2 pieces of equipment, my room was for 2 people and they only gave 2 dry towels and just one wash cloth, which i tjought was a mistake until the rest of my family had the same thing in their rooms and we had 5 rooms. Will not be staying there again"

"We stayed one night and while the staff was wonderful, the parking/location easy to find and our room clean, there was no heat in our room and the remote didn't work (even after changing batteries). We didn't find out about the heat until the middle of the night, we told the staff the next morning and they offered a new room and sent maintenance in right away. The breakfast was solid."

"Breakfast was not the best. When we arrived, 30 minutes before it was over, no eggs, no bacon, no bread and no waffle mix. Things did get replenished when we asked but eggs were not desirable. Several people continued coming because so many flights were canceled and breakfast only went until 9"

"The property is an older one, that could use an upgrade but it was decent. The room I received did have candy in the bedroom and living room from the last person. There was deep indents in the carpet from maybe a dog? Old water damage on the walls from maybe a overflow on the room above us. Stains on the couch and big cracks on the door too. Housekeeping could have done better. Overall the best part was the customer service and free breakfast too. I was here for business trip 2 weeks. "
