"Hotel was easy to locate. The guy at check in had a huge hole in his elbow and untucked pockets of his pants. We were able to connect to WiFi without any issues however it was not allowing us to load anything. Our TV would turn on and that was about the only thing it would do. We weren’t able to watch anything on any channel. We also weren’t able to get any extra towels without swapping out our dirty ones. The breakfast seemed to have a good amount of options but the area was constantly dirty and not stocked. It made me wonder if the food was fresh daily or just reheated. The only good thing I can think of are the pillows. We enjoyed those. "

"the last room I booked for 2 days, I paid 175.90 for two days. i checked in at 2am after driving for 2 days and haven't showered, Room 340 ( mind you I spend over 2k a month here) when I got to my room it was under construction... shower controls were on the counter, shower rod on bed.. I booked the room for the reason o hadn't shower for two days.. Called JC sorry nothing we can do o well.. I'm owed 200.00 in deposits from the last month .. so now I'm owed 475.00 I want my money "
