"This was my second time staying and it feels like it’s deteriorating from a year ago. The pool area already seems a bit run down and the service at the pool was terrible. They said they reserve the right to close the hot tub on days when it’s not as busy. There were not enough servers coming around to chairs. The spa continues to be beautiful and Mother Wolf is good food. But truly the Wynn and Encore are better in every way. "

"The beds were fine, but they need to clean the bathroom more thoroughly and be more attrentive, because when we arrived, there was hair from other people and the floor was dirty. I requested that my room be cleaned; threy told me they would come by, but when i checked later, the room was exactly as i had left it. They claimed that breakfast was provided, but when i when to check, there was closed- meaning i couldn't even use the microwave."

"Parking was not easy "

"Our room was clean. The bed is the old mattress with a box spring that needs to be updated. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. That was a bummer. But the room was in great shape and the furniture was nice. The bathroom was big and the tub was a nice oversized tub. The casino itself is darker than what we like. We like the feel of the like the Venetian or Bellagio. They are more open and the atmosphere was nicer. We didn't care for the atmosphere in TI. I would stay again, just not hang out there. I would go to another casino to hang out. "
