「Front staff was great. Toilet needs replaced with taller ones. Room was clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but all was ok. Not quite a Drury Inn. 」

「This place is awful, we left same night. Busted windows, rooms dirty, marijuana smell all around the building. We was told one room, wasn’t even the right room. Will never book here again. 」

「Clean and VERY comfortable bed!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Brian, made extending our stay very easy. Parking was perfect, room was easy to get to and the hotel is close enough to walk to food, but far enough that the noise is not an issue.」

「Had no trouble finding a good parking space the times I left and came back to the hotel. My room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but not firm enough for me. But it was comfortable. The entire staff was excellent. From the checking in receptionist, housekeeper staff person, food service person, to the checking out receptionist. My overall experience was great. I would definitely stay again. 5 STAR all day. 」

「The hotel is showing some age. The rooms need painting, especially the bathrooms!!! Don't know how the beds are suppose to feel but they were pretty soft, as if wore out. This was my first time to stay at a Candlewood Suites. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience , but it does need some attention!」

「Bedroom: very clean sheets, chair near bed was clean, appliances clean Bathroom: tub was very dirty, the bath mat was extrmely dirty with a black ring around the tub Service: amazing, the young lady at the front drsk was very personable, very friendly and helpful. Location: Great! Located right off the expressway and next to a gas station. Sits on a besutiful lake.」

「The hotel was clean.The staff was friendly. I would give the hotel a 5, I would give housekeeping a 1. The first morning they gave us clean towels.Took the dirty ones and emptied both trash cans. Did not make the bed. The second morning they took our dirty towels, but didn't leave us new towels. Emptied the trash. Didn't make the bed. The third morning they left our dirty, towels and left a stack of clean towels on the bathroom sink. Empty the trash but didn't put new bags in the cans. ...

「It was okay. The only con was the sheets were stained with something. I think they may have been cleaned but they kept reusing the same sheets even though they have stains. They need to get rid of them at this point. 」
