Rooms do not have individual temp controls in the suites. No comforter on the bed, just a very thin cover. I had to get out a throw blanket was stuffed in the closet. Cooking staff was blaring music in the kitchen at 5:45am and I could hear it clearly in my room. Only one staff person onsite when ...

The room was clean . The staff was great . Loved that they had kayaks and a community fire pit .

You can take time to visit Chief Ladiga Trail during your travels to Piedmont. While you're in the area, wander around the parks.

Piedmont is a crumbling town. Blighted. Filthy, run-down shacks with junk- filled yards. This place is an embarrassment to people living in Alabama.
Small town but it's one of those towns where they realize if it's someone new everyone knows everyone there.
Piedmont is a little run down and not much keeping it thriving!
