「DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. We left shortly after checking in. The desk attendant said he doesn't know how to do refunds and his manager will do the refund when he got back in office. I called and was refused a refund.」

「We needed a close place to stay and this was just that. There was a little bit of a smell. Not a bad smell. Maybe more like an insence. Air conditioner was great after being outside all day.」

「The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was there was a smoking room above us and it was coming through the vents. It stunk up our entire room.」

「This property was one of my favorite properties to stay when I am in Alabama, but this visit was one of the worst. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had stains in it, and the trim strip on the wall by the tub was detaching from the wall. The bathroom did not appear clean. 「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...
