Windows were a bit grubby on the outside. Not a lot of eating places within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

Last minute stay while my truck was in the shop overnight at the TA truck stop. Property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, booking was easy, room and bathroom were clean, property was quiet and safe, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. It was also walking distance from the truck stop, which was convenient.

MY STAY WAS EXCELLENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WHERE THE SMOKING CONTAINERS ARE LOCATED. BEING A NON-SMOKER, I COULD NOT GO TO MY CAR DUE TO PEOPLE SMOKING...MAYBE THE CONTAINERS SHOULD BE PLACED NEAR THE ENTRANCE OR AROUND THE CORNER NEAR THE DUMPSTERS....

I loved the suite we had with the 2 sofas and the large room. I would recommend adding a shower hose in the shower to be handicap accessible. Replace pool lift - not working.

It was a good stay the only issue I had is dealing with fire ants on the pool patio and the bugs in the water. Just not a very clean area, but we enjoyed the stay.

Check in was a breeze. They even called the room a few minutes after check in to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had clean towels each day when we returned from the event we attended. We stayed 3 nights. The pool was nice to come cool off in & breakfast was great each morning. They even had snacks that satisfied our late night munchies dilemma. Lol. Very pleasant stay! We’ll definitely stay again.

The hotel needs a lot of updates the doors were horrible and the carpets were old as well. The pictures do not look like the actual rooms but the staff was so pleasant. 5 out of 10 stars.

The pool was closed when we stayed, but overall, this hotel was clean, neat, and the staff were very nice. 10/10 highly recommend. Especially if you are there to visit FCI Talladega, short distance.

I'm not sure how this property got 8 stars, it is more like a 6 or 7 star hotel. Things like a/c, elevator, treadmill were not well-maintained. The room was clean, bedding smelled slightly like potato chips or some kind of fried food. Gym equipment was rusted and having issues due to high humidity and no adequate drying by a/c in gym room. Staff were very helpful during out late check-in.
