"The hotel is very convenient. We took an airport bus (A10) and then walked 5mins. Another option is take Hong Kong Express to Hong Kong station, walk about 5-6mins to Central station, take a MTR towards Kennedy Town and get off at Sai Ying Pun, walk another 5 minutes to the hotel. This may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage as there are steps. The staff is very welcoming and efficient."

"Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and shuttle buses solved transport problems. Also used to go to the nearest train station and back. Only every hour though for that service. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. No help though loading or unloading suitcases from the coach. Hard for older passengers "

"Clean room and comfortable beds from Sheraton Tung Chung. Great gym facilities. Most importantly staff here are friendly, well-trained and always very helpful. The airport shuttle service is also a good plus. The shuttle service timetable however was a little hard to find (you can easily get this info at hotel concierge, but not at all on hotel website or via the booking site). It would be nice for the hotel to communicate the shuttle service timetable to their guests prior to check-in date to help guests plan their time at the airport."
