"We did not want a meal meal but a warm light meal. The menu in the downstairs bar was not too our taste and expensive. The Vivaca bar on the third was not open and would only open with a prior booking. This left us with only vending machines with a poor choice. There was an empty refrigerator in a cupboard. The hotel information on the tv was all adverisements but no real information about emergency procudures. An emergency fire alarm went off at 1pm in the morning. This was very worrying as we were on the 12th floor and knew we could not use a lift in a fire. We did not know how to proceed. We rang the service desk and they said it was a false alarm and we did not need to evacuate. We wanted to use the roof terrace in daylight to take photos before we left the hotel at 7:45 am but the access was locked."
