"Five stars for the location and convenience. The hotel is very well situated, with easy access to bus, tram, and MTR stations, which made getting around Hong Kong very convenient. The staff were courteous in our limited interactions and were especially helpful in storing our luggage, since we had several bags that could not all fit comfortably in the room. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight. Both we and our kids enjoyed it, and there was enough variety to keep it enjoyable throughout our three-night stay. The only slight downside was that the rooms felt dated and could use modernization. Rooms lack toiletries and some of the furnishings and signs showed wear and would benefit from an updated look. Overall, we are glad we stayed at Ibis and would definitely consider staying there again if we travel through Hong Kong."

"Clean room and comfortable beds from Sheraton Tung Chung. Great gym facilities. Most importantly staff here are friendly, well-trained and always very helpful. The airport shuttle service is also a good plus. The shuttle service timetable however was a little hard to find (you can easily get this info at hotel concierge, but not at all on hotel website or via the booking site). It would be nice for the hotel to communicate the shuttle service timetable to their guests prior to check-in date to help guests plan their time at the airport."
