"The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive. "

"My husband, my daughter and I stayed over a week at the Figo in September. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!"
