So i called the front desk with plenty attempt but no one pick up. So i have no choice but go down to the front desk, and three staff were sitting there eating and chatting with each other...."
"We put the sign out to clean the room. The staff only changed the towels but didn’t make the bed and didn’t take the trash out. I would have been happy without getting new towels to save water but have the bed made.
One day, the cleaning staff knocked on our door and asked if we could leave in 10 mins so she could clean the room. But it wasn’t ready when we came back 2+ hours later. There was no place to sit in the lobby and we ended up sitting in the laundry room to wait until the room is ready."
