"We only stayed for 1 night but the shuttle service was easy and flawless to and from the airport, the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and their English was excellent making it a smooth check in for us. We got there early so the hotel kindly took care of our luggage for us while we went into the city for the day. There was a direct bus from the airport into the city and it was only a short taxi ride back to the hotel making it a wonderful base. The rooms were perfect. I would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, flawless stay. "

"Found a cockroach the first night , rooms need some TLC and housekeeping has to be better. I know housekeeping is every other day but when they would come they would never vacuum or take the dirty mugs and cups and we stayed a whole week with children."
