"We arrived late to check into the property. There were 4 people behind the check in desk and even though we were struggling with our luggage to get through the door, not one person moved to assist us. During the check in process, the person assisting us spoke to his colleagues rather than speaking to us. He did not provide any property information to us. Additionally, even though the property is non smoking, the smoke smell in the hallways and room was terrible. The location of the property is excellent, but I would not stay in this hotel again. "

"The washroom waterproof mat is stained , shower head is not function that I had to kneel down for shower, cannot find the room’s lights switch is and the humidity at corridors is too high because of the machine is too small to functioning. Frankly, this is my first time to live in this hotel and I am very disappointed to it☹️ "

"Disappointing pool hours (9-9). Had hoped to swim first thing before a flight but sadly not to be. Breakfast was fine. Bar was fine. Overall fine and functional as a hotel, nothing to get too excited about but it did what we needed for a night. Transfer bus to airport was good. "

"Breakfast was not included in my rate, even though Expedia lead me to believe that it was. I had the breakfast buffet 2 mornings for 110 HK$ (about $14 US), which was reasonable compared to other breakfast options in the area. Buffet had more Asian breakfast items than Western breakfast items."

"Stayed 7 days. Little odd how some floors are a Mariott but top floors are Sheraton with two check in lobbies. But other than that rooms very clean and nice. Staff attentive and friendly."

"The breakfast was not fresh and did not have many options for consume and it did not exceed my expectation. Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. In addition, the room condition was awesome and super clean and the air condition was working pretty good too and I could not complaint about it. "
