"Fast easy check in when I got to the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had trouble finding the pick-up location. Pick-up is at terminal two lower-level doors 11 and 12. Signage at the airport is very poor. No fault of the hotel. It would be helpful if they gave clear instructions on where the pick-up location was on their website. Rooms are small but acceptable for a one- or two-night stay if flying in or out of Hong Kong as the price was very good. Breakfast was included and was good but limited selection for western tastes, catered more to Asian food choices. Would stay again as the price was more reasonable than the other two hotels at Hong Kong airport."
