「Very polite service Very clean No noise」

「Beautiful hotel. The room was small but well designed. The room was very quiet despite being in the heart of downtown. The only hiccup we encountered was that their underground parking was being cleaned and was full when we arrived. We were provided parking a block and a half away in a dirt outdoor lot. I complained at checkout and was refunded the parking cost by the apologetic and sympathetic front desk agent. Would stay here again.」

「Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that put a shadow on my stay was the someone had a dog that was barking and whining for a bit. Great staff at the desk, the restaurant and the bar.」

「Pool and fitness room closed which was a disappointment because there were younger children in our group. Rooms were clean. In our suite one of the bathroom sinks had no hot water. Very convenient location. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit and a variety of healthier choices. Friendly helpful staff.」

「Great location, close to almost everywhere including the river shore. All staffs are really helpful and friendly. The only pity is the free breakfast seems a little too lean. Anyhow it’s definitely worth of the price you paid!!」

「The property is run down. It has clearly had better days. I found that my expedia reservation was more expensive than the walk in price. There was a promised breakfast which I had to talk to and show my Expedia reservation (which stated breakfast) multiple staffmembers to receive. The breakfast was usually an egg salad sandwich (which I can't stand), dry muffin and small fruit juice box. One day, it was just two slices of dry bread and some butter and jam. 「Renovations were in progress, but did not hamper my stay. Once I got used to using my keycard to access my floors, it went smoothly.」

「Room just average, promised a fridge, no fridge.. noisy road in front of hotel, just like sleeping on a freeway… asked for a hotel receipt, clerk threw a paper at me, refused to print one up, told me to use my I-pad and take a picture, very sloppy administrative practices.., first time staying here and it will be my last time staying here…」

「Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the place felt grimy and neglected. The room itself was a complete disaster – stains on the carpet, dust everywhere, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. Definitely avoid.」
