「Did not use pool, but will next time 」

「Breakfast was fine. The pool area was full of kids screaming. Parents did nothing. 12 people crammed into the hot tub which clearly indicated maximum 6. Staff were not willing to do anything so we never went in. Wouldn’t stay here again」

「The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming...

「There was no breakfast offered and there definitely was not a room like the one in this picture that you provided. Thankfully the heat worked. We were given the wrong room twice. We checked in after 4pm and when we went to the room, it had not been cleaned and the bed did not have clean sheets nor was it made. Around 1am, we were woke up by another person who they gave the room to. Scared the crap out of us. 」

「My first issue was the Two mouse traps in my room. This is did not give me a lot of confidence on the cleanliness of the hotel Also the bathroom was dirty. The second issue was there was a kids team in the hotel making a ton of noise. I asked for it to be addresses as it was later in the evening but nothing was done about it. Lastly the breakfast was not very fresh, late, and just sub par. The drink machine was empty. The person that checked me in was very pleasant and patient.」

「There is no way to use a luggage cart to roll anything in as every entry has steps up. However, the rooms on the lower floor allow you to park at the back part of your room and access the parking lot out the sliding door directly to the vehicle. However, there are still stairs. But this was a huge convenience as we had a dog. 」

「I didn't like the front staff at desk. Not helpful but I like the cleaning staff. Cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.」

「Always a good stay, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are clean and well stocked.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」
