Stayed for 2 nights. Front desk staff were very accomodating with the room change as we had booked the pool area room the 2nd night and the transition was a breeze. Housekeeping staff were friendly.

Rooms need updating. On going renovations outside the room made everything smell like paint. Beds weren’t very comfortable but of the price, the pool was the main attraction!

Check in was fast. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but I did notice that there were a lot families. The swimming pools and waterside were busy and it looked like people were having fun.

Staff were great, good check in. Room was ok. My room was between a hallway and a swimming pool on the second floor. Extremely noisy, lots of loud people in hallway and even louder noise from pool area. Not ideal when you are trying to sleep.
