「The cabin was very clean, cozy and had a wood stove for additional warmth. Both dinners were amazingly good! The staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the snow path to the main lodge with all the lights」

「Our stay was great! Underground parking was good. Additinal parking in the front( not much due to the snow). A trail to walk into town was right there. Very close to Spring Creek. The Hot tub was hot and the pool was well heated! Our kiddos loved the hot chocolate in the lobby. Our room was very clean and all the appliances worked! The showers were nice and big and the balcony was a good size and a great view of the mountains!」

「I have stayed here before and returned due to the value and quality of the rooms. The parking is free and only issue is parking is less friendly for large vehicles/trucks. The sauna is also a great feature for a quick relax and mental reset. 」

「Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. 」

「Was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean and comfortable size for our family. Staff were very friendly, and the property was cleared of snow and ice making it easy for walking. The lack of dinner service until the 23rd of december as referenced on the website forced us seek food elsewhere, which was a bummer, but allowed us to check out other places. Was not clear nor informed if we could have been accommodated with lounge access but with minors, that seemed not possible. Family found the pool a...
