「Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. 「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」
