剛翻新嘅酒店，cozy，靚，舒服，房乾淨同大，開2個大喼都可以，有露台，一打開窗簾就見到Rocky Mountain，泳池同按摩池都好正。行5分鐘就到town center，附近都有餐廳cafe。唯一係廁所浴室好細，要側身入。不過整體都好好，推薦

Room clean and updated, but there was no hot water at the sink. Bathroom with toilet and shower was very small. Loved the pool area with sauna and steam room but sadly the cold plunge was closed for the full 6 days of our stay. The poolside dining was fantastic. Great location a short walk to the main strip.

Excellent stay with family!!! I recommend Kenrick to anyone staying in Banff. The decor and building is updated and looks amazing, two hot tubs, good size indoor pool (that my daughter used for 2 hours a day), steam room, under ground parking (for our smaller suv), great location and not far from anything. We read the reviews before booking complaining about the small bathroom, this is NOT a problem, I actually loved the lay out, the shower and toilet are separated from the sink which makes this convenient for someone to shower while the other person uses the sink, so convenient with 3 girls in the family. I usually do not provide 10 ratings but this will be the next hotel I book when going back to Banff. The only cons are I wish there was a in room safe and the sauna does not get hot enough (but you have the steam room), cold plunge was not working during our stay but I saw staff working out. I recommend the Kenrick.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Banff. A few minutes walk from everything you need but away from the noise of the shops and restaurants. Rooms were really well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
Spa facilities were perfect at the end of a day’s skiing. Hot baths, sauna, steam room, pool and cold plunge pool.
Great coffee shop too.
If I’m ever fortunate enough to stay in Banff again, will definitely stay at The Kendrick.

While the staff did all they could to resolve our issues (over heating, key cards not working) there were things that were missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable. The room temp was 26 and we had to turn off the thermostat and open the patio door to bring it to a normal 21/22 degree temp.
There are no towel bars to hang up damp towels.
The vanity is very small and the light above the vanity was too dim for me to apply my makeup.
Insufficient lighting in the room made it difficult to read.
Dresser drawer knobs in room 309 made it very hard to open drawers. They are smooth with nothing to grip to allow an easy opening.
There was no table in our room and only one chair and one footstool which made socializing with our friends impossible. We did not want to use the beds to sit on.
The fridge was good. The coffee maker worked well as did the kettle. The bathroom was super crowded and there was nowhere to hang damp bathing suits or towels.
For a newly renovated hotel, and the price we were charged per night, we expect more. Maybe this is simply a case of new reno’s and the subsequent growing pains. When we were checking in on Monday afternoon, we showed up 20 minutes before 4:00 pm and had to wait until 4:00 exactly before they would give us the room number and keys. This is not typical for a hotel in Banff on a Monday afternoon. Especially when we noticed the large number of housekeeping staff in the hallway upon arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and truly felt like a home away from home. On my first day, I had an accident, and the staff were extremely supportive and caring, which I truly appreciated. They were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, making our stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, warm, and genuinely caring environment.

The pool was nice, but it seemed geared more toward families with young children. I also wish the sauna, with its clear doors, wasn’t so exposed to the pool area—it lacked the quiet, tranquil spa-like atmosphere I was hoping for.
