「Great apartment, great facilities, instructions were clear and quick responses to questions. 」

「There was no blinds in the livingroom for the pull out couch. We had to wipe the floor after spilling water and the paper towel came up so dirty. There was only 2 pool towels and the listing says “sleeps four”. There was a hair on the sheets in the bedroom and no cover on the duvet for the pull out. Overall felt unclean.」

「入住時，管理員替我更換兩次房間，讓我入住到有女性的房型，非常感謝。但是房間內仍有男性入住，有點感到沒有安全舒適，但這就是青年旅館吧。交通方便、公車巴士容易抵達，附近超市小店餐廳都有。最後建議就是分為專屬女性房型以及男性謝謝！」

「My room was located on the first floor in the corner with 2 giant generators running all night. There was no view and the air conditioning wasn’t working. When we called the front desk no one picked up. When I walked over to inquire they said so sorry nothing we can do. The location in the town was fantastic. It appeared that the main building (where we were not) looked clean and well kept.」

「This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. 「We stayed in a glamping site. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thru have wireless phone charger in the room and fireplace in the glamping cabin which is nice. The shower room was a bit too small and not very clean though. 」
