We loved the spectacular gondola ride and mountain views on the way to our room. Our room was sparkly clean, with plenty of towels and robes for use to the hot tub. The outdoor hot tub was extra nice, and everyone was very friendly.

Really loved this property on top of the mountain, just keep in mind that you will need either to take their hotel shuttle from the bottom of the mountain (private minivan in our case) or use the lifts that operate until a certain time.

Loved the mountain view and the sound of the little creak (with the window open) outside our window at night. The place was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The gondola ride to the chalet was an added bonus when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay, and this place is truly an absolute dream. Everything was incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, which made the whole trip effortless and relaxing from start to finish. The views were stunning and made every morning a treat, there was beautiful hiking right on the doorstep, and access was easy and welcoming even after hours, which took all the stress out of a late arrival. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Having my the lodge inside the Banff National Park was amazing! We lived all the hiking that were there. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The only area that we thought could have been improved is that food was good but not great.

Great property away from the crowds and nestled in a mountain. The staff were very helpful. The homes from the hotel are fantastic. Should not miss the sunshine meadows hike if you are in banff. Goes thru 3 lakes, brooks, marshland, forest and abundant wildflowers. Had a memorable grizzly encounter.

The resort is set high in the Rocky Mountain, the view is stunning from every direction. The staff is all young but could not be more accommodating or gracious. You can ski, hike, stroll the grounds, chill in a giant out door hot tub, the options are almost overwhelming! I was not impressed with the restaurants but that is minor in the grand scheme of things. I really enjoyed that the resort provides transportion into and returning from Banff Main Street where shopping and dining options are plentiful.
