"Our second time stay at this hotel. Our room is two queen bed loft with one pullout sofa at the different floor. Perfect for the family. Room is big enough and comfortable and convenient with kitchenette. It’s well maintained and staff are friendly."

"In the quieter part of Banff, but a short bus ride to the "downtown" area. The check in process was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The lobby was cute and cozy, perfect for a fireside chat or having a cup of coffee. The underground paid parking is tight - we were often nervous that if we left with our car then we would not have a spot when we returned."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful and location not far from Banff. I wish we knew about the coffee in the lobby earlier! Hot tub was great after long hikes. Decor is a bit outdated but felt very cozy and charming. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We would 100% come back."
