「We extended a room for one more night on the second day of moving in and was charged right away, but on the original day of check-out we found our luggage and belongings are moved out of the room.」

「Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted. Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv. For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates.」

「We had a great stay at Solara Resort & Spa. The owners were very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions or concerns, which we really appreciated. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location is excellent — right in Canmore and only minutes from Banff and surrounding attractions.
