"PROS: Front desk staff very helpful- they give you a handout of all the restaurants they recommend, listed by order of taste (i.e. Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, pub, steakhouse, breakfast, etc.)- super useful! We had no issues making reservations at those restaurants; handout was very handy! Shampoo/soap line in rooms is Rocky brand (its like a simplified Canadian version of Aesop); so clean and fresh! We had a ground floor room and it was ok- I requested a higher room with a view, but hotel was at capacity so they weren't able to accommodate- nevertheless it was perfect for our family. I enjoyed the custom built ins within the closet as we were able to store our belongings in there, neatly. The Roam bus passes were convenient as well- these are free and provided for the duration of your stay. Location was amazing, hands down- we walked everywhere everyday! CONS: I do not recommend the Pacinis restaurant for breakfast- although they have a "bread bar", the breakfast offering is all based on eggs, which isn't inclusive of people with allergens. I ordered a ham and cheese crepe, and the batter was 90% egg; it was basically a very thin omelet, and not your traditional thin pancake-like batter that crepes are usually made up of. Very disappointing!!! The next day, we visited Farm & Fire next door and had a much better offering, accommodation and experience."
