"Great place to stay at in Banff! We had a premium room at 2nd floor with a mountain view. The view of the mountain wasn’t direct but the woods were very calming and serene. I loved the smell of mist in the morning. The best part about this stay was the hot outdoor pool! We enjoyed it a lot and it is very well maintained. The lodges are 20 mins walk from downtown and there is free parking available at the hotel. The room was very clean and super cosy. The staff lit the fire for us everytime we needed it and we loved the scent of fire while enjoying the view from the window. Charlie is a star! She sorted out our booking as it had to be rescheduled due to a snow storm. We had to book an extra night after we have arrived to avoid driving in a yellow wind warning. She sorted that for us too and got us to stay in the same room so we don’t have to worry about moving. She is very empathetic, knowledgeable, helpful and her efforts made our stay MAGNIFICENT! We are definitely coming back!"

"We had a 2 bedroom suite which worked very well for us. Awesome to be so close to town. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are dated and a bit worn; although, everything worked as expected. The hotel amenities (such as the cave hot tub) is nice but other properties have other more extensive options."

"The continental breakfast was amazing! The front lobby and desk had treats every time we passed through including make your own Smores. Rooms were spotless and the layout is definitely unique. The only downside is an additional parking charge of up to $25 a night, and no hot tub after a day of skiing."

"Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but definitely showing signs of wear and tear- peeling wallpaper, scuffed up walls. Hot tub area was good. Overall a decent place to stay"
