「This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag.」

The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected. 「We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. The pool bar employee Tim was extremely nice. We would try this establishment again because of him. Breakfast was great but the orange juice and milk...

「We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...

「There was a flood there! due to a person hanging something on the alarm in the room ! The water sprinkled went off in most rooms and flooded the first floor, second floor and third floor floors. I wasn’t given an option to be put in another nearby hotel. I had to spend additional funds to secure a room. I am still waiting for my refund to be put back on my card. I heard others customers complaining about this hotel. Some rooms was not cleaned! I ceas not pleased with the hospitality at all.」
