「This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag.」

「We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. The pool bar employee Tim was extremely nice. We would try this establishment again because of him. Breakfast was great but the orange juice and milk...

「We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...

「Great location and the staff is amazing. The food at the restaurants are really good and then there’s also a Ruth Chris and a coastal Raw bar in walking distance.」

「The stay was okay for all of 24hrs. I had to leave the 2nd day after the sprinklers went off due to another guest’s mistake. 3 of 4 floors were flooded in the front of the hotel, causing the first floor’s ceiling plates to implode. As a result of this incident, it was no longer safe for my family and I to remain at this hotel and we had to relocate immediately. I’m currently waiting for a refund for the 2/3 days I was supposed to be staying.」
