「Love the front desk staff member. She was friendly and 100% attentive to resolve our issue. There was a big water leak in the hallway, TV didn’t work properly. Breakfast was ok.」

「We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

「Stay was great」

「Kind of a run down location. Bed was pretty comfortable but the bathroom looked a little rough. Old shower head, not very hot water and not very hard pressure. Breakfast was not very good at all. The waffle maker had stuck on waffles and even after someone tried to clean it, it happened again. Very limited options. Wet and soggy eggs, hard as a rock biscuits, runny gravy. Don't stay here for the free breakfast. We booked last minute after flight cancelations.」

「Great, quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds. Far enough off the Interstate that we did not hear road noise. Excellent continental breakfast. We'll stay there again for sure!」

「Room was very clean. Everything appeared recently updated within the last 5 years or so and couldn't beat coffee on the patio overlooking the small river. Great location too, 10 min from everywhere we wanted to go.」
