Not only did we have that noise until 11pm, we were the room right next to the door to the parking ramp. The constant coming and going through this door was excessive and excessively loud. If that wasn't enough, we had the noise of vehicles that sounded like they were hot rodding...

「We weren't able to use the pool or the hot tub because there's about 40 kids in there the room above us they played rap music from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. I called four times to the front desk to get him to do something it wasn't done..
