「Very comfortable and unique hotel. Elegant, but not snobby.
Staff was very courteous and professional. It was a little confusing navigating the parking with a heavy traffic from the Snow Sculpture Festival, I was very glad I’d read the instructions closely enough to have a basic idea where I was going - it would be okay if it was explained in even a bit more detail.

「The front desk assistant was great. He knew our room was above the restaurant and there was a band playing that night. He told me it did get loud at times in that room and offered to move us. I was very appreciative.
The room was spotless. The only thing I would suggest is to fasten the fan cover to the wall in the bathroom.

「The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a good option and value, and the bathtub was clean and deep enough for a nice comfortable soak. The Soap dispensers were all full and I liked the products.
The bedding was nice and the bed itself very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful.
No elevator for the second floor, so ask for the 1st if thats an issue. 」
