「We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. When we arrived at the reception, we saw the staff were not wearing any uniform, not even smart casual, I didn’t know who was staff who was a customer, and I got confused when a person took our luggage into the storage room, I wasn’t sure if he’s legit. The bathroom drain was blocked, and one of the bathroom lights was broken. If the housekeeping had ever cleaned the bathroom, how would the hotel not know the drain was blocked? 「This is great to have a kitchen, but I think two chairs is a must for dine in. For the sake of environmental friendly, I also believe a few more tower rod or hook is necessary inside the bathroom. 」
