「The customer service was rotten. I requested a late check out via text, because they were texting me numerous times about the stay etc. I asked 3 times and never got a response. I then just checked out at the regular 11am and the guy at the counter was clueless. The place is not well run. When I checked in, I was barely acknowledged. I won't stay here again.」

「This was very dirty, was told room was ready, went to our room and garbage was in room, dirty towels on the floor not sure what was all over it. sink had blood or something in it. Bathroom was dirty, pillows were in the corner with no cases on them. Floor was dirty and nothing was wiped off.」

「The pool was alot smaller than expected and not very deep. No microwave and the breakfast options were very limited. Overall quiet and the bed was comfortable. Wifi also was slow.」

「Our room stunk and had a constant dampness to it, even with the air on. It was an uncomfortable room to sleep in and the air conditioning didn’t work very well either. We paid a steep price due to staying there for a concert but I feel it was very overpriced for what we got.」
